Observation

East side of home is not fully enclosed with a fence according to this WAC. Bottom of deck must be enclosed so that children cannot access underneath. Material must be end to end and secured to the ground. Metal pipe 5-6" in width exposed approximately 4 inches from the ground on the East corner of the play area is hazardous to children Wagon used outside missing two wheels and hazardous to children. Wood picnic table is weathered, has rough surface all over that can cause splinters and missing slat on table top with broken protruding pieces. Must be removed
